During the 2022-24 academic years, I served as a National Poverty Fellow (postdoc) with the University of Wisconsin’s Institute for Research on Poverty — in residence in Washington, DC in the Division of Data and Improvement (DDI) (Evidence Capacity Team), Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management at the University of Washington (Daniel J. Evans School of Public Policy and Governance) in December 2021. In between defending my dissertation and beginning my National Poverty Fellows position, I taught both courses in the quantitative analysis core course sequence for first-year Master of Public Administration students at the Evans School as a Lecturer.

You can find my most current CV and other materials of interest under their relevant tabs.
